Color Mobile ("we", "us", or "our") develops and operates a variety of mobile applications, including Bé Làm Toán and Bé Tô Màu (collectively referred to as "our Apps" or "the Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our Apps. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Apps.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the specific App you use and its features, we may collect the following types of information:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version for compatibility and troubleshooting purposes
• Usage Data: How you interact with our Apps, including features used, session duration, and in-app actions, to improve functionality and user experience
• Location Data: Some of our Apps may request access to your device's location data to provide location-based features. Location access is only requested when necessary and with your explicit consent
• Camera and Photos Access: Some of our Apps may request access to your device's camera or photo library to provide features such as color picking, image editing, or other visual content features
• Storage Access: Some of our Apps may request access to device storage to save or load user-generated content

We do NOT collect:

• Personal identification information (name, phone number, address) unless explicitly provided by you
• Payment or financial information
• Device contacts
• Any other personal data beyond what is listed above

3. How We Use Your Information

The information collected through our Apps is used for:

• Providing and maintaining the core features and functionality of our Apps
• Improving and optimizing the performance and user experience of our Apps
• Analyzing usage patterns to detect and fix technical issues
• Developing new features and enhancements based on user needs
• Displaying relevant advertisements to support free apps
• Ensuring the security and integrity of our Apps

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is primarily stored locally on your device. Color Mobile implements appropriate security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While we strive to protect your data, no security system is impenetrable. By using our Apps, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with online data transmission.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Color Mobile does NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests
• To protect the rights, property, and safety of Color Mobile, our users, or the public
• With trusted service providers who assist in app operations under strict confidentiality agreements

6. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may use third-party services (such as analytics tools, advertising networks, or cloud services) that may collect information about you. These third-party services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. Currently, our Apps use:

• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics (usage analytics)
• Google Play Services

7. Permissions

Each of our Apps may request different permissions based on its functionality. We only request permissions that are necessary for the App's core features. You can review and manage permissions through your device's settings:

• Bé Làm Toán: Does not request location, camera, photos, contacts, or microphone access
• Bé Tô Màu: May request access to photos/camera library (after parental lock verification) to enable image-based features. This permission is optional and can be denied through device settings

8. Your Rights and Choices

When using any of our Apps, you have the right to:

• Access and review any data stored by the App on your device
• Delete data stored within the App
• Revoke any permissions (location, camera, storage, etc.) at any time through your device settings
• Opt-out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings
• Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data from your device
• Contact us to request information about data we may hold

9. Children's Privacy

Some of our Apps, including Bé Làm Toán and Bé Tô Màu, are designed for children. For those Apps:

• We do not ask children for personal information. A child's first name or nickname, typed to create a player profile, and all learning results are stored only on the device, not on our servers
• The Apps do not require an account, do not offer chat, and do not request location or microphone access
• Bé Làm Toán does not request camera or photo access
• Bé Tô Màu may request photo/camera access (after parental lock verification) for certain features. Parents can disable this permission at any time through device settings
• Advertising is provided by Google AdMob. Every ad request is tagged as child-directed (COPPA) and as coming from a user under the age of consent
• The Apps never show the App Tracking Transparency prompt and do not track children across other companies' apps or websites
• Ads are never shown while a child is answering a question. Links that leave the App, and deleting data, are behind a question meant for adults
• Parents can erase all data at any time from Settings → Erase all data, or by deleting the App. Questions: adusoftvn@gmail.com

For our Apps that are not designed for children, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to our Apps, please contact us immediately at the email address below.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Color Mobile may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Apps following the posting of revised Privacy Policy means that you accept and agree to the changes.

11. International Users

If you are accessing our Apps from outside your country of residence, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules. By using our Apps, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules.

12. Accounts

We offer optional sign-in via Google and Apple. When you sign in we store the following on Firebase:

• A unique user ID (issued by Google / Apple)
• Your display name and avatar photo URL, if provided by the sign-in provider
• The provider you used (google or apple)
• The timestamp you created the account

We do not receive your password. Apple Sign In may provide an anonymized email relay — we store it but never share it.

You can browse the app fully anonymously without signing in. Sign-in is only required to like or comment.

13. Likes and Comments

When you like or comment on a news event, we store:

• Your user ID
• For comments, your display name and avatar (so other users can see who posted)
• The text of your comment

Likes and comments are public — any user of the app can see them.

14. Deactivating Your Account

From Settings → Account → Deactivate, you can pause your account. Your likes and comments are hidden from feeds, but kept on our servers. Signing back in reactivates your account.

15. Deleting Your Account

From Settings → Account → Delete account, you can permanently delete your account. When you delete:

• Your profile record (name, photo URL, provider) is removed
• All your likes are removed
• Your comments are anonymized — the text remains so reply threads still make sense, but your name, photo, and user ID are scrubbed and replaced with "[deleted]"
• Your Firebase Authentication record is deleted, meaning the same Google / Apple account, if re-used, will create a fresh new account

Deletion is irreversible. We have no way to recover deleted account data.

16. Data We Never Collect

• Your email address content
• Your contacts, calendar, or location
• Cross-app tracking identifiers (App Tracking Transparency permission is never requested)
